If you are not completely satisfied with you order we can offer a refund or exchange for the full value of the goods and standard delivery cost providing they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase and you provide us with your unique Order Reference Number.
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you will receive a refund within 14 days of us being in receipt of the goods. In any case that your order may become lost in transit on return, you will receive a refund within 14 days of providing evidence of having returned your order (e.g. proof of postage).
